Following the government announcement, we look forward to reopening our warehouse and showroom from Monday 18th May, 2020.
At Luxury Design Floors, the wellbeing of our staff and customers is always our Top Priority. Having complied with all recommendations by the Health Authority and Government to help flatten the curve, our showroom closed on 16th March and we completely shut down on 27th March.
We have been working behind the scenes to restructure work practices in line with new procedures and protocol to conform with continued safety measures to stem and hopefully eradicate Covid 19.
In this regard, we would ask your co operation and assistance to comply with new measures introduced as follows
- Showroom by appointment only, using social distancing and sanitising. This is in all our interests and guarantees our valued customer the personal and professional service you deserve
- Deliveries between 9 am and 2 pm. Social distancing and sanitising applies
- Collections where applicable between 2pm and 5pm
- Special arrangements to be made regarding installation where applicable.
